πππππΎπΌ ππΎ have announced the arrivial of Wangkheirakpam Tomba Singh which is known as GOLDEN TOMBA as a Assistant Coach and defender Longjam Gobin Singh for the upcoming season.
Tomba began his footballing career with YWC, Thambalkhong in the junior level before his steep climb to the senior division. After donning colours of ESU, Wangkhei and USA, Khurai Tomba also played a major role in the State team lifting the Under-19 national Football championship held at Imphal where the hosts defeated Sikkim 4β1 in the final.
Catching the eye of talent hunters at the Under-19 championship Tomba started playing for Air India since 1998 before moving to Salgaocar. He is also part of the winning squad of Santosh trophy in 2002-03 for Manipur and the rest is history.
He had earlier played for teams like Salgaocar(2002-2004),Mohun Bagan (2004-2007),East Bengal (2007-2008),return to Salgaocar (2011-2012) and Churchill Bros (2012-2013).And he aslo played for Neroca FC in 2016 and back to Kolkata for Southern Samity.Finally he was return to his home state and played for TRAU FC in 2018.
The return of an experience 27 yrs old defender Longjam Gobin Singh.He is from Laitonjam mayai leikai, Bishenpur and he previously played for Mohun Bagan Academy, Pune FC (U-19) and promoted to Senior, DSK Shivajian and Neroca FC. He penned down for a 2 year deal with the club.
